REVISED GUIDELINES FOR ASIAN CADET CIRCUITS APPROVED

The revised guidelines for the implementation of the Asian Cadet Circuit were approved by the FCA Executive Board in its meeting in Bangkok on September 7, 2017. To take effect immediately are the following changes in the guidelines:

*The ACC will follow a season which start in May (after the World Juniors/Cadet Championships) and run until March (to include the next AJCFC) of the following year
*The ACC season will follow an extended calendar (from May until March of next year) to allow more circuit competitions
*The ACC ranking will consider the results of the best three circuit competitions plus the result of the AJCFC at the end of the season
*Age eligibility in the ACC will follow strictly that of the FIE for the season, such that fencers must be eligible to participate in the AJCFC and the WJC at the end of the season.
